Privacy
Where.
FamEase is published by a Belgian company and hosted on Google Cloud.
How it's protected.
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the members of your home can access it. Nothing is public, no photo has an open link.
Who can see it.
Nobody. The founder has technical access for maintenance, and only uses it if you ask.
Your rights.
You can export everything, at any time. You can delete your account on request, or from the app. Nothing is sold, nothing is analysed.
What we don't do.
FamEase is not end-to-end encrypted: that would mean even we couldn't read it, but also that losing a key would mean losing everything. We chose a home you can always reopen.
Publisher and data controller: FamEase, a Belgian company, reachable at [email protected].
Processors: Google (Firebase) for hosting; Firebase Crashlytics for anonymous crash reports, with no content in them.
Data is hosted by Google Cloud (Firebase) in the United States, under Google's contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Your GDPR rights: access, correction, erasure, portability, objection, on request at the same address. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Children have no account: an adult adds them and answers for them.
